General Conditions of Sale – Pluvee Paris

Article 1 - Purpose

These general conditions govern sales made on the Pluvee Paris website, located at 14 rue Charles V, 75004 Paris . They define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products offered on the website https://pluveeparis.com

Article 2 - Price

Prices displayed: Prices on the site are expressed in euros, all taxes included (VAT included), excluding delivery and shipping costs.
Additional charges: Processing, shipping and any customs duties or local taxes remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment in euros: All orders must be paid in euros, regardless of their origin.
Price changes: Pluvee Paris reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated.

Please note: Ownership of the products is transferred to the buyer after full payment, but the risks of loss or damage are transferred upon physical possession of the items.

Article 3 - Orders

Orders can be placed exclusively online at https://pluveeparis.com .
Contractual information is presented in French.
Pluvee Paris reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a supply problem or difficulty regarding payment.

Article 4 - Order validation

Validation of your order implies unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
Once confirmed, the order constitutes proof of transaction and agreement to the terms stated.
A summary of your order and a copy of these terms and conditions will be sent to you by email.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment methods: Payment is made via a secure credit card system.
Debit: Your card is debited directly when you order.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal and 30-day money-back guarantee

6.1 Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons.

Products must be returned in their original condition, with their packaging, accessories, and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of withdrawal, Pluvee Paris will refund the amount paid within 14 days via the payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply:

To personalized products.
To items unsealed for hygiene reasons.
To products likely to deteriorate quickly.

6.2 90-day money-back guarantee

Pluvée Paris offers a 90-day money-back guarantee on all products. Depending on the reason for the request and to prevent abuse, the refund amount can vary between 30% and 100% of the price paid.

Defective or non-compliant products: Full refund (100%).
Other reasons (customer satisfaction): Refund between 30% and 70% , depending on the condition of the product and the situation described.

To initiate a refund request under this warranty, please contact our customer service at support@pluveeparis.com within 30 days of receiving the product.

Article 7 - Availability

Products are offered while stocks last.
In case of unavailability after ordering, the buyer will be informed by email and the order will be cancelled without bank debit.
Pluvée Paris reserves the right to limit the quantity of identical items per order.

Article 8 - Delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated when ordering.
Delivery times are indicated when the order is confirmed. In the event of a delay, the buyer will be informed by email.
In the event of repeated absence during delivery by carrier, Pluvee Paris cannot be held responsible for delays.

Article 9 - Guarantee

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
Any complaint must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Returns must include all accessories, packaging and instructions.
Return costs are only reimbursed upon presentation of supporting documents in the event of a defective or non-compliant product.

Article 10 - Liability

Pluvee Paris declines all responsibility in the following cases:

Failure by the buyer to comply with the legislation of the country of delivery.
Misuse or handling of products.
Technical problems related to the Internet network (service outage, viruses, etc.).

Article 11 - Applicable law in the event of a dispute

These terms and conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts of Paris will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 12 - Intellectual property

All elements present on the site https://pluveeparis.com (texts, images, logos, videos) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of the company Pluvee Paris .

Any reproduction or exploitation, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.

Article 13 - Personal data
